Exhibitor and delegate registration opens Tuesday, December 8th at 9:00 a.m. CST.
All Exhibitors Must:
- Be a direct industrial and/or mining supplier OR strategically involved in the Saskatchewan mining supply chain
- Supply industrial goods and services
The MSCF Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel and refund your booth space if your company does not fall within these criteria.
Booth and Delegate Pricing
10×10 tradeshow booth – $1900.00
- Includes two forum registrations
- Exhibitors can purchase a maximum of two 10×10 tradeshow booths
20×30 large equipment space – $11,400.00
- Includes six forum registrations
- Large equipment space is for large industrial equipment only – no traditional tradeshow booths permitted in this space
- Exhibitors can purchase a maximum of one large equipment space
30×30 large equipment space – $17,100.00
- Includes eight forum registrations
- Large equipment space is for large industrial equipment only – no traditional tradeshow booths permitted in this space
- Exhibitors can purchase a maximum of one large equipment space
Forum Registration – $425.00
- This ticket allows you access to Forum and Tradeshow for both days of the event
- All attendees must be registered
Large equipment spaces:
- Are for large industrial equipment only – no traditional tradeshow booths permitted in this space
- There is a 100 psi contact pressure load limit for the floor, so all displays must be under that amount.
- Rubber tires and rubber treads are permissible.
- Metal treads require matting. Further, the matting underneath the tracks could assist in distributing that load over a larger area but this exact distribution factor is not easily determined. Therefore, greater scrutiny will be applied to these displays.
- All displays must be submitted with the above details noted, for written approval by Prairieland Park and the Saskatchewan Mining Supply Chain Forum.
- If your display is not approved, you will be refunded the purchase amount
