Tradeshow Participant Information:

  • NEW THIS YEAR – tradeshow booths will be located in Halls D and E, and all large equipment will be located in Hall E (previously located in parking lot)
  • All tradeshow booths and large equipment displays will be assigned by the organizing committee on a first come, first served basis. The floor plan is subject to change at the sole discretion of the organizers.
  • When registering your booth/large equipment display, please be prepared to provide your company’s website,and a brief company and/or display description. This information will be used on the interactive tradeshow map.
  • Each tradeshow booth/large equipment display area ticket includes ONE forum registration. If more than one person from your company is attending, they must purchase a forum registration. Forum registration prices increase as we get closer to the event, so we recommend you purchase your tickets early.
  • Included in each 10 x 10 booth:
    • Carpet and draping
    • Wi-Fi
    • 120V Power (please plan to bring an extension cord if required)
    • One 6-foot skirted table and two chairs with black skirting/draping
  • Included in each 900 square foot large equipment display area:
    • Wi-Fi
    • 120V Power (please plan to bring an extension cord if required)
    • One 6-foot skirted table and two chairs with black skirting/draping
  • If you require additional furniture/equipment, or if you would like to pre-ship your display items, you will be able to do so through Handy Special Events.

Tradeshow Agenda
MONDAY
OCT. 26TH
Large equipment displays move-in to Hall E begins at 3:00 p.m. Large equipment exhibitors will be notified of their move-in time as we get closer to the event.
TUESDAY
OCT.  27TH
  • Move in and tradeshow Set up:  7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • All booths must be set up by 12:00 p.m.
  • Prairieland Park equipment available:
    • 10 - four wheeled flat carts.
    • Forklift (If you require a forklift, you will be required to set up your booth before 10:00 a.m. that morning – please plan accordingly)
  • Tradeshow open 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. – your booth must be manned when the tradeshow is open
WEDNESDAY
OCT. 28TH
  • Tradeshow open 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. – your booth must be manned when the tradeshow is open
  • Move out and tear down will take place after the closing reception on Wednesday, April 22nd between and 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Tear down is not permitted until after the closing reception. If you tear down your booth before 4:30, you will not be permitted to register a tradeshow booth at the 2021 Saskatchewan Mining Supply Chain Forum.
