Tradeshow Participant Information:
- NEW THIS YEAR – tradeshow booths will be located in Halls D and E, and all large equipment will be located in Hall E (previously located in parking lot)
- All tradeshow booths and large equipment displays will be assigned by the organizing committee on a first come, first served basis. The floor plan is subject to change at the sole discretion of the organizers.
- When registering your booth/large equipment display, please be prepared to provide your company’s website,and a brief company and/or display description. This information will be used on the interactive tradeshow map.
- Each tradeshow booth/large equipment display area ticket includes ONE forum registration. If more than one person from your company is attending, they must purchase a forum registration. Forum registration prices increase as we get closer to the event, so we recommend you purchase your tickets early.
